• JM Rose & Associates or investor will provide land options. Investor will acquire the land, and pay all soft costs to get the property shovel ready (permits in hand).
• Land Equity is used for the construction loan, Adroit Development, together with investor, will establish financing
• Adroit Development will coordinate the design, approvals and construction on the selected lot to achieve the highest return on investment.
• Developer (Adroit) and JM Rose & Associates are paid a moderate fee to build, market and sell the home.
• Investor and Development Team will split the profit after the investor's land and soft costs equity is paid back.
